It looks awesome. It is weird how you guys seem to get both great ones and problem ones from the same companies. Its like the QC is very lax and whatever gets put together goes out the door I guess!

Thanks, It always is the small ho slot cars with the problems the larger 1/32 and 1/24 even the 1/43 scale never have the problems.

Hey you mentioned attaching capacitors to HO cars to cut out electric interference. I'm having the same issues with the carerra lap timer. I was curious how you would attach one to a pancake motor? Or how about the 440x2? Still looking for a solution for ho timing. Mega g plus only one that has the circuit board. Thanks for the help! Your videos are great!!!

Hi what system you using the carrera app? I solder the caps to the sides of the pancake motor chassis I think I have a video showing and 440X two are a pain I solder them on the tops of the springs little wire sticking up that lay against the bulkhead, watch this video you can see how I wire the caps into a Xtraction chassis kzbin.info/www/bejne/nonGe3WXeL-HmKc

Yea I have the digital carrera timer that I saw you using before you got the arc air system. Il try some caps, although looking at the 440 that will be tough without melting the chassis lol. And those are my favorite HO car so far. Looking into some other options too. Thanks!

@@Bluepanther80 Hi that counter should not be false counting I been using it since 2010, you probably have it set up incorrectly it wont work just over the track I have a video take a look it needs to be like this or it won't count correctly it's not a ho counter it is for 1/24 1/32 and 1/43 because cars are larger you need to tweak your set up to make it work. look at my video kzbin.info/www/bejne/bIvUcpWBnbF5sNU

Yea ive played with that timer repeatedly. It counts the mega g plus car 100% of the time. The other cars lacking any circuit board or cap causes interference. So each time I pull the trigger it counts a lap. And if my TV is in antenna mode it also gets interrupted. I've tried raising the timer. Raising the track. All of it. The height dosent take away that invisible interference from most ho cars. I've spoke to others who had the same problem. That video of yours shows afx care which if it's the mega g plus....it counts fine on mine as well and never false counts

@@Bluepanther80 Hi I don't have that problem with mine before the arc air I been using this on all ho cars no problem at all but mine is the old version with brown case on the counter maybe they made it different?
