AUTUMN DAY IN THE LIFE | new in primark, huge primark haul & a cosy day at home 🍂

Slow cooker beef recipe
1 onion, chopped
5 carrots, halved
2 bay leaves
1/3 pack of fresh thyme
2 tbsp tomato purée
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 beef stock pots with 400ml water
600g braising beef
2 tbsp cornflour
-brown the onion, carrots in a frying pan (or the inside of your slow cooker on the hob!) in some olive oil, until softened
-coat the beef with the cornflour & add to the pan, also brown!
-add to the slow cooker the tomato purée, Worcestershire sauce, beef stock water & the fresh thyme
-cook on medium heat in the slow cooker for 4-6 hours
-enjoy with buttery mash, Yorkshires and some seasonal veg!
