My daughter lives100 meters from the lake. Got any advice for a shore based fly fisher. She keeps sending me vids of rising fish.

All the principles remain the same, cover water if you aren’t on fish or can’t get them to take. Floating line at this time of year and some nymphs or maybe dries, but a few unweighted nymphs will catch you plenty of fish

I did when I was fishing the floating line, then got rid of it for fishing the hover

Any chance I could ask what fly’s you’re using? Had no luck at wendouree on flys whatsoever and have been fishing almost nightly
