Honestly, I feel Prada L'homme intense is better than DHI. Just got a bottle of Kilian's L"Heure Verte and for me it's a 10 out of 10 fall frag. I would say to anyone that loves the anise/ licorice note owes it to themself to get their nose on it. Brings a smile to my face every time I smell it. As does Layton.

For me it's one of the standouts of Penhaligon's. Reminds me of an Old Bond St. English lavender shaving cream I used to use, but with clean linens and other notes to add to the complexity. Mentally it makes me feel put together like I just got a lather shave even if I just rolled out of bed =)

I get my Dior Homme Intense on monday together with a free 10ml sample of Dior Sauvage. I've tried two powdery scents which are Prada Luna Rossa Black and Armaf Odyssey Homme. I've heard that DHI is really nice so I'm looking forward to try it. Sauvage will be a first time too, curious how it smells.

Definitely different and challenging, it’s the farthest thing from a masculine perfume, not my personal favorite, and since I got it a few weeks ago, I’ve not worn it much. Not my cup of tea, but I can kind of understand it too… this really is for someone who likes something, “different”. Hope you enjoy it!

​@guayaquilindependiente8763 I didn't like the initial spray but it's irrelevant anyway as it last only for a few minutes. The drydown on the other hand I really enjoy, so smooth and well blended. All fragrances I own have improved with time so I'm looking forward for it to be even more enjoyable.

Burlington1819 to me is grapefruit, cumin and musk. Theres more to it to make it smell as good and last as long but those notes just are smoothened out that its truly hard to pinpoint what youre smelling other than a citrus scent that has a level of sophistication and character. Since you placed Burlington1819 as a perfect 10 then id put Uden in my shortlist of next buy as that has always been in my radar but somehow just keeps getting bumped. This time it wont be. I feel lucky to have Dior Ambre Nuit, a classy smell, smells fantastic 10/10. Dior intense smells fantastic 10/10. My favourite fragrance for Autumn is Spicebomb extreme, I have been wearing everyday for a week and when you catch woofs in the air it is pleasant 10/10. I want to buy Allure sports Extreme and look forward to it one day.

I think, Eau Sauvage is a very classy Dior perfumery line, very very underrated. I personally love the original EDT from 1966. Sartorial would be my life perfume in my wardrobe, artistry in the bottle, brilliantly blended, great perfumer's work.
