what a great video, thank you for including the music theory and making it accessible to (and interesting for) beginners. love how you light up at 7:50 on that beautiful descending scale!

I'm not sure how in the world I missed this one last year, but I'm loving learning it this fall! You know what would be a great song for you to do for October? "Midnight, The Stars And You" made infamous from the use of the 1934 Ray Noble and Al Bowlly version in The Shining. Absolutely right up your alley. Think about it! And thank you for the great tunes, Christopher!

Oh that is a great idea! I absolutely adore that tune. I'll throw it on the list :)

I just see that I already left a comment, but nevertheless... your arrangement sounds so amazingly good that I can't stop watching your playalong. I would love to see these kind of tutorials from you on RC101 as well - if Andrew will ever ask you what to do next. 😉

@@Banjoleletinman Yes, Christopher... I know, I‘m already working on that one but right now I absolutely fell in love with Autumn Leaves and I would love if I could play this one. I‘m more to an advanced beginner, so things take quite some time. Thanks again for answering.

@@Banjoleletinman Thanks for your answer. I already followed some of those videos but I‘m not a very musical person, so I struggle with most of the techniques - but nevertheless I keep on playing and improve slowly and little by little.

Really nice, lesson! And I couldn't help but notice that the chord "walk-down" beginning at 7:49 is evocative of The Beatles "Michelle." Do you hear that at all?
