Autumn Road Trip | Life Updates, Truck Stop Chicken & Breakfast in an Apple Orchard!

Seeking out our usual autumn fun, we're taking you along for the ride! We make a few fun stops, eat a delicious breakfast and maybe even give a preview of a future video!

We make an annual tradition of day tripping to Apple Annie's Produce and Pumpkins each year for autumn fun. This year we decided to stay overnight and pack a few more things into our trip!
We make a stop for one of our favorite frozen treats, - Eegees!
We show a few landmarks that make the I-10 corridor special.
A hint is given about a future video!
You can take a peek at a Willcox hotel and our first experience with truck stop Popeye's. It's certainly something different.
We then head over to Apple Annie's Orchard for a socially distanced pancake breakfast amid the rows of fruit trees. It was a spectacular time and one of the highlights of our trip.
After that, we head to Apple Annie's pumpkin patch which we filmed on a previous video.

Always fun to get away from it and apple farm are alway great to pick fresh apples. You should have got a nice plump apple pie..Nice to know arizona has all this to offer. Interesting to see your road trip.

I love the Wilcox area. I use to live in Desert Hills. So we would spend a lot of time down that way. You are young for shingles. I need to get a shot for that.

Yeah, unfortunately it isn't just an over 50s guarantee and those in their 40s can get it too. Wouldn't wish it on anyone. It's just awful.

As a proud Wildcat, Eegee's is a must when going through Tucson. The lemon was the og flavor, but I do miss it! Another fun trip and I would go just for the breakfast...yum!!

@@CactusAtlas I was in Eegees a week or two ago and heard them telling someone they were looking to build one in the Phoenix area but didn't have a site pick it sounded like. Fingers crossed you might get one.

Yeah... Can't remember what the place that the eegee's are in. Ah! Blimpie's. That's it. Never been in one. New subscriber here. After spending some time in Sedona and going to the Balloon festival in New Mexico I am developing a growing appreciation for the Southwest and the cuisine. @@CactusAtlas Yes. It definitely was awesome, especially what they call the night glow when all the balloons are lit up at night. I recommend camping on the grounds if you can. You can just step out of your camper and see the balloons lift off in the am.
