100% man. I also don't like having a lot of stuff. Makes it easy to move if needed. So many of my neighbors have to park their cars in the driveway because their garages are crammed full of junk. I don't understand how people live like that. Spend money on depreciating stuff that you never use. Makes no sense.

I cut my own hair. It started as a way to save money, now it’s a challenge to see how good I can get it. I think the thing people are missing is how organized you are at managing your life so that you don’t have to spend.

Same here. Watching all those KZbin videos of professional barbers really inspired me to get better. And I think you're exactly right. Thanks for your comment.

Do you have a partner? If so, how do you have fun? Money buys you comfort and if you're okay with being uncomfortable then that's ok I like the idea in theory but in reality it's very difficult to be as frugal as you are in most cases

Pretty much like I said in the video, I enjoy most of those things that I do and they just happen to save me money. Another thing I like to do is tinker with machinery and tools so I spend a lot of time building them. But those are all with salvaged parts. It's important to find a supportive and like-minded partner. At least for the main things.

not running the AC crosses into cheapness, not frugality depends on where you live though. in a humid location not running the AC is torture

I do what you do, mostly. But I do not play vid games or "trash" or travel. I have a family and own my home. So, what do you do with the saved money? Invest? Subbed you.

Not sure why this showed up on my feed. I used to be like you (grew up very poor) but tbh the way you're so frugal - it limits your future career opportunities, the girls you're be able to date and probably marry, and life in general. It's a personal decision though. Best of luck.
