I have a 1200 Thruxton. I cannot afford a Norton as well, of any age. Which is a shame as I have admired them all my life. I can afford another secondhand Hinkley Bonneville, but would prefer a Norton. My Grandfather had one a hundred years ago....how time flies when you're out on your bike . I loved them in the 1979s and rode them. The handling on your bike is superb. The noise. The impatience and on the edge cornering. The alternate dimension revealed by race developed technology and courage.Of Bruderschaft out there in the cold wind, the focus and the Meisterschaft.
