What a beautiful place! I love fall. We have four dogs as well and people think we are crazy when we take them on vacation with us but they are our babies. I laughed when you said they take turns getting to go with you! Thanks for sharing.😊❤

Grandfather Mountain Highland Games are amazing. If you like men in skirts and bagpipe music it’s a must-go! Really thrilling and I brought my own man in kilt❤️

Such beautiful views! I loved the general store and the little antique shop. I noticed a gorgeous copper pot that seemed to be in excellent condition. I have the same one (from France) which I got many years ago. Rather pricey! Thanks for taking us with you!

I live in Charlotte. I have been to Grandfather mountain many times and also the Mast General store. Love them both.
