17:15 expose the wet spot to air as long as you can before they come back in. Separate all your Straw and the dry chaff material by bouncing it or shaking it with your fork up against the wall, toss the straw off to the side leaving the chaff behind then just before your horse comes back in, spread the chaff where they normally wee, maybe stepping on it if it’s still wet, then bed down normally, do that daily making sure to collect all that now wet chaff.

Wood pellets under straw would be an amazing idea. Ppl do it with wood shavings too. I use wood pellets on there own and can’t recommend them enough
