Thats on Hatteras Island... but it's gone now. It lasted Sept/Oct of 2017. That is the start of the Diamond Shoals, which stretch for 25miles off the coast. The sand is always changing. I've never in my life seen it setup like it did in this video... hence why i've never shot such footage at home before.
