Join us for the opening of AVA Resort in Cancun. We were the first guests at this beautiful resort that opened June 1st, 2024.
AVA Resort is a family friendly resort set just south of the hotel zone in Cancun. Offering incredible oceanfront views of the Caribbean sea. The resort is designed to provide a universe of experiences, events, programming, and amenities that cater to a wide range of preferences.

AVA Bay, 2.8 acres of a natural salt water lagoon, which features floating cabanas and a range of non-motorized water sports.
Luxurious Amenities are found throughout. The resort boasts a large variety of amenities such as private terraces, 24/7 room service, rain showers, and custom bathrobes and slippers in every room.
The FOOD! AVA brings 5-star dining to the all-inclusive experience.

It's all false advertising. Hotel not ready to open

Many images in video are CGI only 30% complete. No Beaches all pools not open. Most activities not available. Constant noise from air traffic and ongoing construction. Several hazardous areas wet floors from leaking ceiling, broken and missing window glass
