From what I've heard, she may gave had alcohol poisoning as well as being beaten. In that video, she might not have died. The video doesn't show her dead, just beaten. Unfortunately, they need more solid evidence. They can't put someone in jail for murder with no proof. But yes, why not charge someone with assault at least? And the others in the room for not helping her?

It's not over let's stay focused. We wished for Dejahnae Jackson to be extradited to Mexico, convicted and sent to prison in Mexico. Let that be done. She needs to be punished like she punished Shanquella Robinson and Mexico where she committed the crime will be her just due.. What happened to her was horrible and I’m not blaming the victim. There is a complete lack of risk assessment with the young people that has them constantly placing themselves in hazardous situations without risk vs reward in the thought process. We have to choose our friends wisely and learn jurisdiction. This country has people too comfortable with making poor choices with there always being a fail safe. There are places where you’re on your own. Stay out of Mexico. Can’t go there knowing this country let alone that one doesn’t care about our people then act shocked when they show that they don’t.
