A simple and instant breakfast/snack recipe of Poha, which is famous in south Canara and Kasaragod. This is called "Bajil" in this place and it can be combined with upma also. Today's video shows how to prepare a tasty masala Poha, with minimum spices such as dhania and red chillies. Salt, tamarind, and jaggery are added to enhance the taste. But we mainly require grated coconut for the recipe.
Ingredients
Poha
Grated coconut 1/2
coconut oil 5-6sp
Red dry chillies 3
Dhaniya seeds 1&1/2 sp
Jaggery small piece
Tamarind small piece
Turmeric powder 1/4sp
Salt to taste
For tempering
