Pleas explain; How do you defy gravity and release enough grip to spin? This was a fantastic demonstration/set, show; what ever the term is. Are there new moves in this one? This was a 10 if I were scoring 1/10.

You're welcome! xD The spinning all depends on physics. First, it is based on the momentum that you make from the floor, as you 'push' yourself into the spin. Must like a merry-go-round. And on the pole: the easiest way I can explain it is that the closer to the pole Ava is, the faster she spins; for example at 1:13. I don't know if it makes sense, I don't know how else to explain it, really xD
