The answer to 2, 3, and 4, all are tons of training and practice. I'm not a pole dancer, but I do a lot of other dance styles, and all of them require years of training and practice to not tip over doing pirouettes and lifting and catching fellow dancers in precarious tricks.

Im a dancer of 10 plus years..yes we get dizzy at first lol..the pole is spinning not the dancer..shes just holding onto the pole with her incredible strength and flexibility..pole dancing is not easy 😉

This is exactly how i got into it watching this amazing stuf as well as aerial silks another one im learning its so much fun and yes you gota be quite strong im not quite there yet i cant hang by one arm even. you should try looking for ocal classs its lots of fun. i think i was birn for it and im kicking myself i took sl long to start it. im 50 thers a 70 yo in my class sometines anyone can do it any age all it takes is practice im already increasin g my stregth so much i can do a pull up now maybe two...yeah stoll lon way off. i was born for it cos i remember in school as far back as i can remember...the pole swing! thats what i named it in scholl when we played tag i would run to a pole grab it and swing around a 180 im running the opp way and my chaser is still running the other way. never failed!!! I always pulled that trick!!

you know whats even more fun ..pole silks..pole and aerial sliks and also aerial pole is quite interesting as well..and another thing id LOVE to try is the Cyr wheel. i giant hula hoop you stand inside and spin and dance inside etc its prettty amazing

The most athletic and beautiful forms of Dance. I tried it years ago.... it was really difficult to climb the pole. Spinning is easy it is the climb up that’s hard. You will get in incredible shape. Your core, arms will get so strong.

I loved pole dancing like this. She's admittedly better than I was, but I preferred to worked day shift in the club because it was slower and I could dance to whatever beautiful music was in my mind and be the artist that I was. At night you have to stick to what's "popular"

It did start there and still blossoms :) many retired sex workers are instructors in fitness pole dance studios. (Stripping is considered sex work)
