Very nice teaching structure for this segment! Also, I really liked your reasoning regarding potential mat time and the fact that this really is easy on the body provided your reasonably flexible in the lower back - I have heard a really high profile black belt claim that inversions rely on flexibillity in the neck which just made My jaw drop.... I invert all the time and was truly dumbfounded at the lack of understanding of the mechanics involved by said blackbelt....
