@@taylorfusher2997vitamin B12 is added to some Vegemite, which I enjoy. I don't take any supplements or medications and have been vegan for about ten years. I've not eaten meat in almost 40 years. I have blood tests done every couple of years and don't lack in anything at all. My cholesterol is very low, and my energy levels are high. No meat... No problem! There are some vegan people who eat a lot of junk foods and sugary foods, and they can run into issues by filling up on the wrong foods. Generally, it's not difficult to train your taste buds to enjoy fresh vegetables, nuts, seeds, and fruit. The taste and texture varieties are endless and so satisfying. I will never go back to eating dead animals, the concept is so alien to me now and it's clearly unnecessary.

The ones your picked for this video are very underripe. Tasty, but not to their full potential. So wait until they BURST out of their skins! They should fill the skins and start splitting them open and the skins should be dry and starting to brown. You will find them to be much sweeter and more flavorful if you wait until quite late in the summer to harvest them. Cheers!
