“Now we’re in the carrots aisle…” AND “I feel like I’m getting a foot massage!” Those are My two most favorite lines from this video! I’m so intrigued! What a beautiful garden! This video is a soup-pot of knowledge! I dream of having a garden like this! I’ve shared my little no dig garden, made from mostly upcycled materials on my small YT page. Thank you for being an inspiration! I look forward to watching many more of your inspiration videos!

Going barefoot is excellent! It grounds you which is so important. People were not meant to wear shoes and be separated from the earth which grounds you and makes you healthy mentally and physically.

It’s always Cawl when a Cymro makes it 😉 barefoot, no-dig, Gorgeous! I love how King 👑 Charles, as you call him, remembers the date he planted everything in his garden. He’s an international treasure.

I lost count, but I think it was 20 different plants! That's nearly a weeks requirement for health in one dish! Awesome! Looks soooo tasty. Can't wait to move back down south to grow veggies like that. Ours have been shocking failures in the Midlands this year. Wonderfully inspiring video! Thanks Gaz.

I love your kitchen!! And your portable kitchen too. I think you should visit Charles more often, and make a seasonal meal from his garden. Autumn, winter, spring, summer. I'd have added a cup of "shellies" (podded Czar beans) to the stew, and a garnish of those tasty discarded potato skins, crisply fried.

Hi Gaz. I've started watching your contents and I find them very interesting. My daughter came and saw me watching your videos, and she said, "Mom, I didn't know you watch Gaz, I have his book", and sure enough, she showed me your book. Now, I will be trying a few new menus. Best wishes in your endeavors.

So wholesome and natural, I love the fact that the stew didn't get drowned out by strong spices, every single vege and herb made it's own star of the show, thank you Gaz

There is nothing better than being barefoot in the garden. To then harvest and eat fresh, grown vegetables and herbs from your garden. My mouth was salivating watching this 😋 I also agree with the mushrooms, Gaz. They are one of my absolute favourite veges. We are at the end of spring here in Australia, but we are fortunate enough to be able to grow just about everything year round because we live in sunny Queensland.

Hello my dear Gaz, Elephant garlic is actually not garlic at all... it is actually a leek but many times mistaken for garlic.... Im sure that is where the onion flavor is coming from. I hope this little tid bit of info helps you as you continue to learn and grow on this gardening journey. Thank you for always sharing these delicious recipes they are truly inspiring and you and the crew are always giving me a good laugh.

What a beautiful video! So inspiring, as I'm coming from a place of learning to grow all these crops, but I don't know how to cook very well! It's so great to see the food coming straight from the garden and learn more about how to work with them that way. Been a big fan of Charles' channel and learning from him for a long time, thanks for spreading no-dig ways to more people!
