If your Bluetooth headphone does not support aptX Adaptive, then it will not be good for live music as the delay will lead to some echo effect, unfortunately.

I've been having a poor situation with this particular bt transmitter connected to our Sony Smart tv. The transmitter is rated at v.5.0 for transmission and the buds I have been using, there are two connected to this device, are rated at v,5. 2 and v.5 3...but upon using this transmitter with my buds there are excessive cut outs and drop outs in audio upon listening through them. Very annoying, Do I need to get a more powerful transmitter rated at more than bt v.5.0 to remedy this situation. The transmitter is connected to the tube via PCM. It's driving my lady and I completely nuts with dropouts. HELP, PLEASE! If you would take a moment to reply I sure would appreciate it. I know not what else to do. Thanks! Peace...🙏🏹♐

The Bluetooth earbuds are not at the same volume, I've tried adjusting both but one is very quiet and needs turning right up and the other won't go low enough. Any ideas?

Can I reset this transmitter to its original factory state and then restart the pairing process with two earbuds all over again? Thanks! 🏹♐

Hi, There is no reset for the transmitter. You can simply press and hold "1" or "2" button for more than 5 seconds to enter the pairing mode, and then you can set your earbuds to pairing mode, then they will re-pair. Hope it will solve your problem.

The book that comes with the Audikast 2 says to hold the volume bottons - and + for 7 seconds to clear pairing history. I will also say that I can only go into pairing mode immediately after powering in on.

Can this transmitter be paired with a car audio system via Bluetooth where the car audio system (and not a pair of headphones) would act as a receiver?

It can't work as a receiver. But we will have an audio receiver later. AS70P. It is shold be available in April of this year.

This video is missing one piece of information that you will need to know to keep you from pulling your hair out. After pairing a device you need to "lock" the device on either 1 or 2 so the Audkikast 2 will remember the device after a power cycle. And you do this by holding the button 1 or 2 for about 10 seconds or until the bluetooth light next to it flashes red and blue. This is only mentioned once in the booklet that comes with it on page 5 in English and other languages on other pages.

Most Bluetooth headphones will automatically reconnect to their last paired devices when turned on. If we make the Priva 2 transmitter auto-reconnect to the headphones, it may become too aggressive by attempting to connect to any previously paired headphones. Therefore, we suggest leaving the reconnection responsibility to your headphones, as long as those headphones are not from a set you purchased as part of our TV headphone set.
