headset was working fine when using on dish. after going to antenna no sound. Have blue tooth "connected signal" connected to tv optical and power source connected to USB 5a. connected power charger in case of low or no power but red power lite remains. does red lite go out when charged?

Hi, this product only supports Stereo/PCM. The feature you mentioned actually depends on the TV.. but based on our experience, TVs generally allow independent volume control when you connect the adapter via the Digital Optical audio output on your TV.

The Volume on the Headsets is very low despite being set at the highest and I can hardly hear the TV. I have no option on the TV to set it as Headset but do not think this is the problem as when I first set it up the Volume was fine and loud. TV is set to External Speak and PCM so can you advise what the possible issue is?

Press and hold the + and - buttons in the middle for 7 seconds. The LED indicators will turn PINK. If your transmitter is the older one without the + and - buttons, press and hold the A and B buttons instead.

Hello, this depends on the TV, some TVs allow you to do that some don't. Also, this function most likely work when you connect using digital optical.

Hello, you can, but we recommend our other product - Audikast Plus if you'd like to use Airpods. The Audikast Plus has built-in volume control buttons (since Airpods's sliding volume control doesn't work when not connected to Apple device). Pls turn off the transmitter and then pair the earbuds with your cellphone and test it. If it works well, then you can turn off Bluetooth from cellphone and use it again with the transmitter. If not, then please contact [e-mail] for replacement if you are still under warranty.

Try using the - button on the headphones' in-line controls, or use your TV's remote to adjust the sound. If that doesn't work, try to unplug the transmitter from the TV, then plug it back in.

PCM disconnects the external sound but the headphone work. Great for my half deaf old mother in law but no one else can hear it and I aint buying 12 headsets for the entire family can also listen. I guess I'll just have to lock my mother in law in her room. Your product is crap

PCM doesn't disconnect other audio devices; PCM is merely a different type of audio format - a format that all audio devices support. Plugging the device into your audio output jack probably did the muting, but that depends entirely on the TV, not our device.
