But this test, when file protection is deactivated, also tests if web connections are made to the outside on some server to communicate data and in this case the web protection and/or the firewall intervene? That is, if there is a trojan or spyware zero day before being blocked can it send data outwards?

Normally the data is intercepted, unless the behavior is overlooked.

@@Nunzio_77 Honestly, might have to try Bitdefender 0-day again to be able to tell, avast did okay with 0-days, but still way worse then what it used to be back then.

@@EclypseeTech It would be interesting to retest with Bitdefender Free 0-day. I honestly don't know which behavioral analysis between the two is better and it would be interesting to have another test on this and also understand during the test if and how many packets go out towards some IP address, for data leakage.
