James Cameron's Avatar The Game is a third-person action video game based on James Cameron's Avatar movie. Avatar the game, which acts as a prequel to the film, features Sigourney Weaver, Stephen Lang, Michelle Rodriguez, and Giovanni Ribisi, who reprise their roles from the film. Set in 2152, two years before the events of the film, Avatar Game starts out with a new signals specialist, named Able Ryder, arriving at Pandora, assigned to an area called Blue Lagoon, a large piece of jungle. The player is able to choose a side to fight for the Na'vis or for the RDA. Both sides offer different gameplay, weapon set, skill set, and environment. As the player completes mission objectives or eliminates opposition, the character gains experience points and levels up. Each level rewards the character with better versions of the weapons, armor and skills they already have. The character can have only one armor at a time.

This game means a lot to me man. I remember being a little kid playing on my old computer, and my father introduced me to games, so he'd usually control the mouse and I'd control the keyboard while playing this game and others, haha. This was definitely 1 of my favorites though, and eventually, when my father got bored of the game, I'd just sit for hours and fly around on dragons in the game - Despite having completed the campaign. Other times I'd simply load up the mission where you fly the Shadow (I forget the name of the dragon these days) and then admire the environment. Lots of fun back in the day.

There is a new game coming from ubisoft: avatar Frontiers of Pandora. Its going to be on ps5, Xbox Series X and pc. It was supposed to release this year but Got delayed to some time in 2023

Toda a dificuldade em ambientar-se, adaptar aos costume e práticas de caça, as interações realistas que tinha no filme com seres estranhos a um humano (mesmo que soldado), desaparecem no jogo. Para além disso, a jogabilidade é péssima e a história é minúscula. Uma boa comparação seria dizer que os jogos do Iron Man são melhores que o filme.
