I am 19 years old and I think I'm suffering from "Avatar-Depression." It just hurts to know I will never see this beautiful world myself. I'm far from doing something stupid if you know what I mean, but maybe you can relate. It's the pure feeling of freedom. No stress, almost no responsibilities, just freedom. Something inside me tells me this is my home, I feel like I'm in the wrong world. Watching the movie almost feels like jumping into an Avatar and be in there world, until the movie ends and I have to be an earthling again. Oh the irony! From the spiritual aspect, no movie comes even close. I love the movie how it is and wouldn't change anything.

I can relate. I can totally relate. I'm 19 and I've seen the movie about 30 times or more, and everytime I watch it and hear the soundtrack I start crying. It's not only because it's sad, it's just that it hurts so bad that the freedom, the feeling I've been looking for it's so far from my hands and live in my imagination. even if endgame beats avatar in the box office. it will never be as good as avatar. avatar brought us to a different world, a world we dont see in our lifes at all. avatar 2 will be the highest grossing movie mark my words!
@pirat_ruda_makitra95005 жыл бұрын
I agree with you but Endgame did a great job too. Look, they have lots of different story lines of each character that started in 2008 and ended right here in 2019. 11 years. It's great and big story with it's own big and wide world. Avengers 4 can give different emotions in big amount. I can still wory about Thor, Cap and Tony in final battle. My heartbeat is getting high every time I see this scene. It is anazing. And you can cry when Spidey finaly meets Tony. It is incredible moment. That's very special movie despite all disadvantages that endgame has. But Avatar is kinda another film. It has more soul in it. I rewatched it recently and I can say it is something more than silly blockbuster(same thing for the most Marvel movies). It is really incredible and unbelievable trip to another world. I love it so much. Pandora, The People and their culture are the best part of this movie. If I could I would leave our world and go to Pandora to live with Navi. They are not people. They are something bigger. I love watching Neitiri(Neytiri) and Jake being together. And this soundtrack is able to bring you in another world even without your eyes. It makes you to draw all details inside your head. It is incredible feelings. Avatar has more culture and soul when Endgame make you feel restless about characters. I love both of this movies but I cannot compare them. P.S. I am sorre for my mistakes. I am 15, live in Ukraine so it is difficult to learn English without any practice. Please correct me if you can and want to. Thanks.

The music in the teaser for Avatar 2 sounds incredible. It starts with the same motif that recurs throughout Horner’s masterpiece, but does it’s own original thing, and sounds just as good. I only have to said : this film promised to innovate with an incredible world of CGI and not only I fulfill it, they can say that history is not the big deal (which is not like that and is quite fresh in many respects and is emotional and works perfect with the rest of elements), but it is one of the key films that arise over the years and that change things in the art of cinema , watching this experience with 11 years was incredible, it excited and entertained you like no other, it was a revolution, and to see it years later and find details, analyze it deeply, the soundtrack that rumbled in the cinema is never forgotten again... end game I beat it in sales, but comparing them is useless, there is no movie that equates to this masterpiece, I hope they do not ruin it with this trilogy that they will bring, but that I can say, I am excited :)....

I love the sounds you cant hear without listening close. At 3:00 there is a small clicking sound like a woodpecker way in the back, and it adds way more than you could think.

Went to the movies December 2009 with 3D glasses and didn’t know what to expect. After 2 more viewings in the theater I knew then what I know now. I witnessed history and this is the greatest movie of all time. Avatar 2 will shatter every box office record there is!!

My oldest was 6 at the time of release. Now she’s in college and working for her dream to becoming a vet We took her to Disney world for her high school graduation gift and when I saw her and my wife get off from the avatar ride at the animal kingdom. Of course myself and my youngest one didn’t get on due motion sickness lol but It was all worth it till the end and still talks about the trip to this day

Something about this movie just makes me feel at home. Not the human home as in like this music is so peaceful and foreign it’s just calming free and wild

This music is making me have a flashback to ride of the banshees. I nearly cried during that ride and still get emotion when I hear the music I heard from the ride. It was the closest I would ever get to experiencing flight.

DID YOU NOTICE IN THE MOVIE, when Jake Sulley was in his Avatar body and met Netiri for the first time and was following here back to her people when Jake was surrounded and captured, Jake was being taken at knife-point BUT the knife wasnt at his throat, it was pressed against his pony tail because their long hair is what connects them to the world if you cut that connection it means death. I see that in our society.

Esto es poesía, es excelso. He tenido pérdidas duras en estos años, y he llorado acompañado de está magnífica Obra Maestra! James Horner era un genio fuera de este mundo, ubicado en las hermosas tierras de Pandora!
