Visually, it's a joy to behold - a thing of absolute beauty. The fact that it is deep isn't a problem for me, as I would be prepared to put the time into studying it. I don't think I have ever seen so many ramps and habit rails in a pinball machine! For my money, a great game. Oh, and I have never seen an Avatar movie.

The game is amazing. So fun to shoot and the newer software makes it much more difficult to survive and score bigger points.

I played Avatar on location the week it was released and then several times at Expo, and I love it. I personally do like the theme. I think the artwork is amazingly beautiful. I like the 2 lower playfields. But to be fair, i do tend to like those. Overall, i found the game fun to play and hope to own it one day.

I played it tonight & x-men neither games my themes but I would prefer Avatar beautiful deep game reminds me a lot of my Elton John CE which I own. Can’t wait till they do a theme everyone will love ❤

Bought Godzilla Premium and couldn’t care less about the theme . For me it’s shots & layout with deep code so I don’t get bored . I can see getting a Avatar CE

Nice looking game, but once again, a ‘B’ if not ‘C’ theme. Rainbow soaked and lacking exciting code. I think they need to grab some new talent behind the scenes. What stern have lacked in toys/bling they made up for in code which is what gives the game longevity after all.

I finally played it..... I consider myself a big fan of the IP personally, I found it played slow and had little "flow" when compared to elton.... Rather disappointing tbh

I don't like Avatar as a theme at all. With that being said, I really wanted to give this game a try and judge it based on gameplay. Unfortunately I just do not find it fun and I played on multiple different copies during expo in Chicago. I feel bad because I want to see the new designer have a successful release but this game just didn't really do much. Those lower playfields are terrible and I absolutely hate when the ball went down there, at points I would stop playing and time them out just to get it back. There were no shots that I felt satisfying and ones that would draw me back into playing. The look of the game is what you expect from JJP but I feel like the poor gameplay is distracted by a lightshow. Idc what anyone says, the UV paint jobs on both the LE and CE were a complete fail. I saw that game in dark conditions under black lights during expo and you struggled to see a difference. It doesn't hold a candle to the UV paint job on Stranger Things. The best is that JJP definitely tried to subtly throw shade at Stern but they came up significantly short.
