you're kinda right? as the title suggest Hokusai is a famous Japanese ukyio-e painter which was a japanese style of woodblock prints created during the edo period but ukiyo-e was also inspired by similar chinese artstyles at that time.

It usually is apparent due to the computer and poptart-brained human both lacking any attention to detail and having slip-ups in additional fingers, the piece being devoid of emotion or even direction. Real art and the amazing human hands that create it is always superior to involuntarily trained software.
