This is the best cartoons and one of the best TV shows you'll ever see. Give it some time to build. Unlike many shows today they take their time world building and developing their characters. Around the episode The Storm is where it leaps to another level. It becomes more serial than episodic, and it way darker and deeper. Give it time and avoid comments loaded with spoilers. People like the show so much they have trouble not giving stuff away.

What's so special about a dumbass never learning common sense and always deliberately trying to twist the plot into an awkward and pointless misunderstanding even after the show and into the manga

Avatar The Last Airbender? What can I say this show brings back so much memories when I was a kid. Me and my brother used to watch this all the time when we used to get home from school this show will always have a special place in my heart Nickelodeon was so good back then.

YESSSSS!!!!! FINALLY!!!!!! this is absolutely the greatest animated aeries in history, and arguably one of the top 5 greatest ahows of all time, animated or live action. And for good reason. Dont let the fact that they are kids fool you. You'll laugh, cry, get angry, feel sadness and joy. Youll even cheer for the villain. At episode 5, youll be fully emotionally invested in each of the characters. PRO TIP: you're bound to come across a few 2 part episodes. Please watch them both at a time. Separatimg them into separate videos takes away from the full impact of the storyline. Episodes 12&13 arent released as two parter, but they go hand in hand and closely follow each other. Also. Severance episodes focus on aang and zuko's back story and actions side by side in the same episode. Especially in episodes 3, 12, 13. Pay close attention. Because you can find many similarities to each other's minds and the events that lex them to be who they are, and youll find aang and zuko have alot in common.

I've seen the life action and while it was all right for me the biggest problem with it is that they didn't have the characters have their flaws, and their flaws is what makes them so relatable. But the casting was very good. Very interested to see what you make of this, especially as it goes on and this one just gets better and better.

Agree with you comment. I got into a rabbit hole of bad reviews of the Netflix LA, and most agree with what you summed up in a short comment. They took away flaws of all the characters when they messed with the writing. Lots of caveats to praise the kids’ acting and casting overall, but flattened out the characters. Ironic, the live action is more 2 dimensional than the animated show.

I can't think of a single reason why you won't love this show, and hopefully after watching this you'll understand why the One Piece live action was a huge deserved success and why The Avatar live action gets put in the fail bin along with a lot of other adaptations

Yeah, some people who are not huge fans of the OG don't understand why people are so critical of the live-action. This show is so much deeper than the surface level things the live action got right. It is so interconnected with every story element, character, and detail that just one change, one mess up in timing, can ruin some part of the show. They don't seem to have the necessary expertise in story writing and knowledge of the show to rewrite it in an equally good or better way.

Seeing the live action first and now seeing the original for the first time is an interesting change. The live action has a lot of differences - some is the same, but this will be a very different experience.

Heeey, that is a great surprise ! If you liked the live actin, you're gonna ADORE the animation ! The Netflix Live action is a decent show, but the animation series is just legendary ! Season 1 is very pleasant to watch already, and the worldbuilding and characters building are fantastic, but starting season 2 (and even mid-season 1) is where things start to really kick in, and the story really takes off in a superb way ! Prepare yourself to witness one of the best animated shows the USA have ever done.
