As someone who didn't care for the orgional as much. Even though I respect the technical effort involved in it. The way of Water felt like a superior effort. Which says a great deal here given Cameron's already usually high standards. The world is breathtaking, and the underwater filming is on a completely different level. 3 hours wasn't long enough, which I can't believe i'm saying lol. 13 years is a long time to wait, but it was well worth the effort!! Cameron outdid himself this time around. The cast was engaging and more grounded this time. I felt my time wasn't wasted & the impact of its message felt more direct and personal. This is how a sci-fi epic should be, and I will definitely be seeing it again before it's run ends. :b

The problem with having a big like Leo is that the antagonist spot is taken. Unless they give Quaritch a different path, something similar to that of Jaime Lannister. In that case, Di Caprio could be the big evil human ceo coming for all of Pandora goods, OR he could be the corrupted na'vi leader of the belligerant clan of fire. I would love to have Leo in the movies, but only if they are able to write for him an important character who doesn't outshine everyone else.

as much as this is vfx movie, this is also a really practical movie like what we can see from the actors interview, they learn how the character moves and be able to do all the action

I never wanted the movie to end. Sequels often aren't as good as the first film, yet this was just as good if not better for me, with a lot of anticipation for another.

A comment for me to go back to when Avatar 3 comes out: At 2:46 Jamie said, "I bloody hope so because I have to do it." I get a feeling he will either be back as Neteyam or play an older Lo'ak.

I hope that nothing happens to them and they make all 5 parts of avatars with the same actors and maybe even the 6th and that they are in good hands, otherwise the movie would not be the same without Jake and neytiri
