Listen to the Black Waltz album. It is brilliant! Seen them "3" times. When I saw them last, they started playing an hour earlier than planned, due to the management at concert, so I only got to see 3 songs. Talked to them after the concert the last two times I saw them, and they seem like fun and decent guys, even tho the vocalist could give small kids nightmares for the rest of their lives

I would say this song is about a man who worked for the nazis and his job was to decide who had to die back in those days. Apparently in the video Johannes (vocalist) represents his conciousness that seems to be sorry for all the pain he has caused, as we can see in the lyrics: "How can I sleep when everyone else turns to dust?", "How can I breath when my mouth is filled with their ashes?", "Another day lost trying to exit the program, I've seen enough to feed psychosis for a lifetime", "All that I know, I'm willing to give it away..." so I think that's why he's scared when he sees Johannes in the torture chair, in the bed and in the desktop at the end of the video. The black dog must represent the death or the man's fear to die, just because he doesn't know what's after (god or whatever) but I'm not pretty sure about this point. What would you think about the black dog and the video's meaning?
