Ave Verum Corpus (Byrd) - bass part

Thank you very much for this. I have sung bass in St Nicolas Church Choir in Newbury Berkshire for several years now. I have used quite a few of your videos to rehearse my part. They are extremely helpful and I am amazed at the time and effort you have expended to prepare them! We are singing this (Ave verum corpus) on Sunday so this is very useful. We just sang this at a low mass this past sunday. Great job! I also sang it to the Lord at eucharistic devotion from memory with no accompaniment....Viva Cristo Rey!

Choirs singing from memory is much better for everyone if possible. Really makes a performance

Haha, yeah big time. It’s hard on my own! I could just sing the whole thing faster but I think it’s better to breathe a bit more and get the right pitches and rhythms, hopefully. Yes, it’s a good one!
