I’m applying for the one here in Lafayette, La. I’m going to open my own beauty bar and I want it to be a full on spa with the works. My services will be: Facials, eyelash extensions, Microblading, Makeup, Nails, Massages, and plenty other skincare and beauty care treatments. I’ll also be selling bundles, closures and frontals as well. Girl I’m trying to be all in the beauty industry at different levels lol.

Francesca Rodriguez depends on if you love hair or not. If you do then go for cos, if you love skin & makeup do esthiology. I’m in esthetics and I love it.

I'm so happy I found your channel. I have a love for dental hygiene and Estetechian. After many hurdles I am more than ready to be in school, but wonder if you have a preference of which you would rather start first. Dental or Estechian after? Either way I want to do both.

Yasss Diamond!! Dental 🦷 school is challenging so I would do it first but then again you can get a job as the aesthetician to finance your way through dental school. Whichever you choose, good luck!! 💎💎

Dani Dots that’s so funny because I’m in esthetician school now and my teacher who is an esthetician now was a dental hygienist lol but got tired of it and got her esthetics license and now she’s an instructor. Good luck!

Oh wow thanks! So different. In my school we got like one giant tote bag full of skin care products (no implements) and two small ones before, and some eye pallete and brushes. Cool to see the different things schools give out

Go to a trade school/ community college. Cheaper that way instead of going to a private school. And you learn the exact same thing.

I just got in to aveda institute for esthetics and the schooling was originally 12,550... I applied for a fafsa (which is financial assistance, grants) and it took schooling down to 2,070! Its super easy to fill out, and now I'm even more excited to go! Go in and ask the school director about it, or get the schools fafsa number and try to apply and see where you would stand financially. The school does interest free, in house loans.. you just have to have it paid off to actually get your license at the end of the day.. good luck!

Depending on where you live, they don’t accept financial aid. The one I’m applying for doesn’t accept financial aid.
