Definitely. I love the entire album, but the first couple songs didn’t do much for me at first either, and now, i really appreciate them within the context of the entire project.

The Mattel reverb fits. The songs about a fake, phony facade. Theres even a Truman Show reference in the song. That echo is about as dollar-store cheap and shitty as it comes, and it ironically is supposed to sound cool. It EXACTLY fits.

After having listened to this song about 20 times... I now love the *PEW PEW* noises 😂 Caught me off guard at first but the timing & feel of them just fit so right!

It's a megaphone effect on his voice, like Scott Weiland used to do in Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver

The vocal effect for the verses is literally a red solo cup😂 (And I love it) The choruses use an actual analog vocoder.

Honestly, not bad... But this song felt a bit boring to me. Definitely easy to listen to, like I could have this in the background while doing other stuff. Still, kinda boring. I like almost all the other songs on this album thus far better, with the exception of G, which just wasn't my thing.

@@wenurdedurded this album pretty much made me sad it's a defeatist point of view after realizing the truth about our existence and stuff. Wish they had some positive songs. I can understand it's hard to be positive past a certain intelligence level but I would like to see what a positive album would look like from them
