1. This series actually made me even more impressed with how well you guys transform this when you play it live. Although you don't use nearly as many layers during your live performance, it still manages to sound full and rich. 2. Brooks breaking down The Rev's drumming as a tribute is fucking great, especially because of his 'Bad Religion' backround

Guys, please, release the full videos of Matt recording!!!
@youknowwhat50085 жыл бұрын
I'd like to see all the guys recording TBH. Even though there's already footage of them recording CoE here on KZbin, it's pretty low quality, especially compared to this, and there isn't a whole lot of it, either. It's mostly 2-3 minute videos. The guys probably have MUCH more footage based on what they've shown in Parts 1 and 2. Just my opinion. I honestly think it would be really cool to see the guys create one of the most revered metal records of the 21st century.

Yeah there seems to be way more footage of almost all album sessions. The waking the fallen documentary gave us some but there's clearly more. Same with city of evil. There was even the HttK documentary and that showed some footage but the breakdown episode of acid rain showed even more. I dont get why they sit on it!! I would pay to see all the out takes of documentaries and all the extra studio footage. I get why there (probably) isn't any footage of the nightmare sessions though.
@youknowwhat50085 жыл бұрын
@@joelcoool I agree with the whole Nightmare thing. I also don't expect there to be much STST footage either. But I do think that there should've been a little more footage on WTF: Resurrected. The band just spoke about what the process was like for them with tiny little clips lasting about 10 seconds or so that were silent for the most part. They clearly have quite a bit more footage than what was actually shown. Not trying to boss them around, but a little "making of" thing, even if it's just a compilation of studio footage, is something I'll bet you the fans would really like IMO.

Ill never forget the day me and my metalhead bro picked "city of evil" up at sam goody or fye to buy and he was like "i heard this album sucks cause they dont scream anymore".So we were like "fuck it, lets give it a shot". at the time we were really into iron maiden and i remember putting the cd in my car and beast and the harlot starts. It was like "holy shit! metal is back!" i remember rewinding jimmys drum solo the first time hearing it, asking my friend "Did you fuckin hear that!?" One of my all time favorite albums! They got a lot of shit for not screaming but that shit isnt metal, and i love waking the fallen.. City of Evil was like hearing metal make a comeback imo
