(Q1) Would you do a reaction mashup of...?
(A1) Sorry but I do not take requests because either:
(1) this hobby will become a chore and thus boring for me,
(2) I might get spoiled on something I haven't watched yet,
(3) the comments sections of my videos get filled with posts which have nothing to do with the mashup on that page,
(4) when people make requests they don't provide a playlist of their favouite reactions as a starting point, or indicate in any way which reaction videos they had in mind, and/or
(5) the person making the request doesn't realise that there aren't enough reactions of what they're requesting (and in most cases they haven't even looked at any reactions at all)
(Q2_a) Would you include my reaction in your next mashup?
(A2_a) Sorry, the answer is no because:
(1) I like to decide who makes it into my mashups,
(2) there is only so much space available in a mashup resulting in someone being disappointed or annoyed at me if they don't make it in,
(3) I only have a limited amount of free time to make these and so I'd rather not have to keep a list of who I "must" include.
(Q2_b) Why isn't so-and-so in this mashup?
(A2_b) Basically the same answer as (Q2-a) about but with the addition that I also like to change things up a bit.
(Q3) How do you deal with copyright so that you can monetise your videos?
(A3) I don't, really. I think there's only three videos in total as of January 2015 which I have monetised. All of the other videos I have uploaded have copyright claims on them and therefore all advertising revenue goes to the copyright holders, I don't get a single penny from them. Although there is a valid argument to be made that the vast majority of my mashups fall under "fair use" and "criticism", as well as the mashup as a whole being a "transformative" work, it would be a long drawn out process to revoke the copyright claim and I just can't be bothered to go through it.
(Q4) Is youtube your main job?
(A4) lol, no. I have a full time job, this is just a hobby for me to do on a Sunday morning. Almost all of my mashups have copyright claims on them so any advertising revenue goes straight to the copyright holders, I make virtually nothing from these. This really is just for fun. Even if I could make enough money from youtube, I wouldn't want it as my job, I love my current type of work way too much.

As you can see they are in space probably dead that is what tony's fear is, he fears that avengers are stronger on earth but out in space against highly intelligent space armies, they are nothing. Actually this trailer reaction mashup was easier to put together than my other ones because these clips have hardly any cuts in them, whereas the mashups I've done previously such as "Doctor Who: Day of the Doctor" had loads of cuts and took ages to align together. I just wish I could get the audio to sound better... I think I used too many clips this time! :)

I was going to add a further three reactions, one of which was of the guy you mentioned, into the top right corner of the screen but the software I was using just kept crashing so I couldn't. At that point I just made the clip of the three women larger to fill the space I had allocated for those three additional clips and because I'm lazy I just uploaded the whole thing without trying to find a solution... I am a lazy editor :D

twist58 I'm using PiTiVi on Ubuntu Linux to do my editing as it's within my price range (i.e. free). I really dislike it but as this is just for fun I don't mind that the end results aren't perfect. I did use Adobe Premier Pro to do my Hobbit 3 trailer reaction mashup but that's only because I had access to it at University, which I no longer do :(

I love watching compilations like these because it feels like I'm watching with everyone involved haha. Loved the collective "ohhh" when the Hulkbuster showed up. Yeah, the compilations I make are part of a smaller niche, and I have a pretty targeted audience since I only cover one series. Unlike you though the most I've compiled was like, six people. Synching so many people must've taken a while.

Yeah I love the "crowd" compilations are able to simulate. Syncing the number of clips that I do is a real pain and there's always at least one clip that I'll have messed up causing everything to sound out of sync. Rendering takes forever :(

That's the reason I originally started doing this reaction mash-ups, to recreate the vibe you get from a live audience. I did a reaction mashup to the 50th anniversary special of Doctor Who which played in theatres which did a good job of recreating the collective excitement (and screams!) :)

lol, cheers. Shame you don't have a reaction video for "Doctor Who - 8x04 - Listen"... I've got two spots open on that, one for when ChiqueGeeks eventually upload their reaction, and the other slot is currently unfilled. That mashup is basically finished apart from those two spots. I probably already have too many reactions in that one (so audio, as usual, is awful) but as I've already edited them together I don't have the heart to take any out lol.

Blake Dale I really wanted to do one, but I only started doing them at Kill the Moon (technically the caretaker but my camera broke on that episode.) I missed some good episodes, but I won't miss anymore! :)

I've got a request on the facebook Doctor Who reactions page asking if anyone would be interested in doing reactions to two very short videos (5mins and 7mins respectively) that Peter Davidson did for the Gallifrey 21 and Gallifrey 22 conventions... Two people so far have agreed (I need another 5) so if that's something you'd be interested in it I'd be very happy to include you in the mashup.
