Solid review, I agree about the pacing being better done in IW, and overall it might be the better movie, but I can see this one being a fan favorite because of all the moments that the whole series has been leading up to (don't want to give anything away just incase). Which character didn't you like how they were handled? Maybe you can do a spoiler included review too, so you can go more in depth? Either way, glad to see more reviews, thanks!

First of all thank you so much for taking your time to watch my review Brian. That really means a lot to me. As for the character, I was referring to Thor. I really liked his arc, but they handled a character in a way, in a direction I guess, that felt somewhat off for me.

No problem, I've been a fan for a few years now, and I've always enjoyed your videos. Thanks for making the content :) Now when it comes to Thor, I also liked his arc a lot, specifically because how realistic of a portrayal of a depressed person it was. A majority of media shows depression as someone who is just always sad, which isn't really the case for most people, they're capable of smiling and laughing and cracking jokes with their friends, even if there's a huge dark cloud looming over their life that they're struggling to get through. They did a good job of showing how afraid and broken he was, pretty much entirely up until he got closure with his mother and Mjolnir was back in his hands. It definitely felt weird (especially with the pacing), but I think they did a decent job advancing his story, given they had to cramp it in with everything else going on in the massive scope of this movie. Hope they'll be able to flesh it out in the next phase, because there's definitely more development for his character Hope this helps, and might give you something to think about during a future rewatch. Looking forward to the next vid

Do you think you'll do a review with spoilers? I really like it when you break down movies and I think I'm blinded by my love for Marvel. I don't think I found much wrong with the movie - I had goosebumps all throughout and loved those moments that were clearly meant for those who have been falling anything Marvel Cinematic Universe-related for these 11 years. I think the introduction of certain plot devices will really muddy things going forward, but I'm excited to enter the next phase of Marvel's movies
