I understand what you mean regarding the deaths but it's the same when it happens in the comics too. Just like everyone knew Superman was coming back for Justice League, most people know that other characters will come back as well. As for the movie itself, I fucking loved it!! James Brolin was terrific as Thanos. He can kick ass with the best of the heroes and was a genuine threat.

dude I'm still shook! this movie was well worth the three year wait. one thing I wanted more of **spoiler alert** was more Hulk. He's barely in it. Taking nothing from Bruce Banner (his humor was good too) but I wanted more of the Hulk going ape shit on Thanos and his minions. If I had to give a prize to one Avenger for his badassness in this film, it's Thor. He was the MAN in this movie. To me, he really showed his strength and bravery more than any other film. And how funny was it that Peter Dinklage was super duper tall in this film lol. Loved it from beginning to end!

Ok Cody bro....i had to process what i saw last night over today, hence my short response earlier. What a phenomenal movie. I like most of us at killer flick are movie fanatics, myself im a movie fan first, then a marvel fan. This movie crossed over for me. Now, this is just my opinion. I felt genuinely shocked at the 3rd act, the deaths (spoiler free) suprised the shit out of me. I feel like my expectations were met and exceeded. Great review bro. Do you believe once they are both released they will make it one movie like 4.5-5 hour epic film????? Im gonna go check if Lee did one now.

Awesome review Cody I enjoyed watching this excellent review & I completely agree with your positives & negatives, I had same issues my favourite Avenger & his best friend felt sidelined which I hope is rectified in the next movie & while there was some deaths you know 90% those be brought back next film. Loved Benedict Cumberbatch as Dr Strange & Thor was brilliant but Josh Brolin stole the movie as Thanos, if he brings the intensity to Cabal in Deadpool 2 like he did in this film then it looks like Brolin rules the 2018 summer blockbusters. Overall I'd rate this 8/10.

Totally agree with you Cody. In my opinion Thanos stole the show in this movie. He is a good villain. I don't want go as far and say that he is on the same Level as Darth Vader or The Joker (except Jared Leto's Joker) but he was a really good villain. He is the best Marvel Villain for sure.

Overall I thought it was a good movie. Thanos is by far one of the best comic book villains to be put on screen. In my opinion Infinity War is not the best Marvel movie to date because it did have it flaws but it's still a damn good movie. Like you had mentioned Cody I was kinda disappointed that some characters didn't get much screen time. However, I understand that it had to been very hard for the Russo Brothers because there's so many characters you have to work with and you gotta cut the film down to a certain length. It is an emotional but yet fun ride with characters you have seen for the past 10 years.

It did have great funny moments between Rocket and Thor, Star Lord and Drax, Spider-Man and Iron Man ex.. ex.... Stuff that really broke up some of the seriousness of the film . Also connecting the characters like how the Guardians meet Thor or Black Panther meeting Captain America. They did a great job connecting the characters together. Like you already stated, Thanos was a strong character but not so strong that he didn't have depth. As you said, he wasn't just this killing machine. He felt like it was his right to weild that power and never seen himself as the villian. Watching it, you hated him but also didn't just see him as the all powerful villian . You knew in scenes, he was strong and a brute Force to take down. One of my only complain was not enough Hulk. We seen at least most of the Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy members, Spider-Man ex...have a decent amount of screen time. The Hulk had about 8-10 minutes then we see mostly Bruce Banner. Don't get me wrong, I like Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner but I (as a Hulk fan) wanted to see his alter ego. I also think that they should really put more into the kills if they don't intend them to return. They deserve a great death. Good review. Definitely a must watch of the summer.
