It’s okay to talk about the story and the scenarios that the movie has proposed the viewers. This is what makes it good. The movies work almost like the comics. We that read the comics are often in the same position except monthly where we get a small percentage of the story where we can digest it and contemplate it where as those people who only see it in the movies have a lot more to try to understand especially when it’s on this scale. So it’s okay to talk about the situation and try to make sense of the outcome. This is the purpose of the story to get the people involved and enjoy the movie even if it’s not how we often feel it should have ended.

Losing to Thanos was a surprise because at the time we didn't know another sequal is planned, at least for the same story. So without a happy ending, conclusion it came out of nowhere.

We did actually know there was going to be a Sequel to Infinity war. Back in 2015 when Infinity war was announced it was supposed to be a 2 part movie. Infact it was even named Infinity War part 1 and Infinity War part 2. Those movies were even Shot back to back, later in the production they decided to Change their plans and removed the infinity war part 2 title. The name Endgame was not even revealed till the first Trailer for the film dropped, which was about 3 months before the film actually released. There was a-lot of theories regarding the name of Avengers 4 before It was released. Those were some really good times to be a Marvel Fan. But yes you are right, it came as a surprise when avengers lost in Infinity war. I remember the experience in the theatre, there was like pin drop silence after the Snap. People were in shock and didn’t know how to process what they just saw. It was pure cinema. Made me want to watch the Sequel immediately. That 1 year wait for infinity war remains unbeatable.

There's only really a few people who do this right. Simone. Leo. Jax. Nat. People are accusing her because she predicted unpredictable scenes multiple times. She didn't say "Groot is going to help find the handle" she says specifically that "He is going to be the handle"....she said thor should hurry up and slam the hammer down and wipe out a bunch of people. how would she know thor would show up there and not where thanos is? since he's been talking about going after thanos the whole time.
