​@@bettyspaghetti3018It makes their swinging so much more controllable, just aim at the position you want to swing and then go for it, for more speed cancel the swing at the right moment to keep your momentum otherwise you lose all momentum and get an animation to indicate the end of the swing. The animation cancel is for spiderman tho dunno if it works for venom.

Yo Zanny. The reason Venom and Spider-man’s swinging feels funky is because it’s a setting. Just go into the hero settings and then off ‘easy/auto swinging’. After it’s turned off you can swing wherever your crosshair is

​@epicgamerzfail4575 well it kind of does, kinda; so the auto/easy swing attaches to the nearest surface above head level, but because it also uses the characters orientation in 3D space and with the maps being smaller it can get a little...wonky and doesn't come across as good as it does in the Spiderman game which is probably where they copied some homework from.

Spider has a one shot combo that can kill all but the tanks (I think it does like 300 DMG or something.) but you have to have venom on the team. First mark with the webshooter, pull yourself to them, uppercut, then activate the venom expulsion ability.

As a spider-man main I find him to be completely fine, probably the most balanced outside of healers denying his kills but that comes with the game. You can turn off 'automatic swing' in settings for Spider-Man and Venom, which lets you aim your own swings and allows a web zip with it. Using that and playing him as a combo character I've MVP'd matches.

Zanny you can get a better swing by going to settings, spider man, controller, combat, and just look for the option that says easy swing and turn it off. This will let you choose where you wanna swing by pointing your cursor in that direction. When you start swinging you can look other directions to get a diagonal swing much like in the spider man games. You can also change the button inputs to what the playstation spider man abilities would, be like the webstrike ability can be triangle or Y on your controller or basic attack as square as X on your controller. Another tip would be that because you have turned off easy swing you will be able to zip to surfaces like the floor to get out of situations faster.
