​@@Mikiiiiiiiiiip it depends! some people with prior screen acting experience can be great first time vas (like cheryl texeria with kafka- although iirc she had a couple minor voice roles before) but it doesn't always translate! while having any acting experience does help, the skills needed for screen acting and voice acting are vastly different! still, i do agree that his experience has absolutely seemed to help him!

apparently its very common for hsr en vas to not see the video when they’re recording which is a questionable choice tbh. it’s why blade’s laugh in the luofu quest sounds so maniacal while the animation is really subtle, or why boothill’s va didnt know his first appearance ingame was on a phone call
