Welt Yang was the first Herrscher of Reason, and the cane was made from the cores of dead Herrschers. This implies-or rather outright says-that the Welt Yang from Hi3 and HSR are the same person. However this is where ‘bubble universes come into play. Hi3 and HSR are different universes with striking similarities and stark differences. This is one of them, at least for Acheron. Acheron, which I don’t know if you’ve gotten that far in the quest in this video…is nearly outright confirmed to be one of our beloved characters across Hoyo’s games. Only…another version of the one that we know. TL;DR: Acheron knows who Welt is, as does he knows who she is. If I’m wrong on the little lore bit, correct me 😂

"This implies" - not this, but his Light Cone, literally saying that he is a Herrsher, so "Herrscher" exists as a word in HSR already. Also, bubble universes can't be bigger than one planet, usually they are much smaller (because they are connected to a planet), so HSR is not a different universe, especially a bubble one. They are in the same and Welt said himself that Earth is a planet is HSR universe, in some distant Galaxy. In their interaction Welt was talking about Kevin Kaslana's Project STIGMA (Misteln Schariac connected minds of all humanity to create the Spiritual Adam, which is basically a Dreascape like Penacony) and Acheron confirmed, that she had Kevin-like character in her world and she confronted him alone. In her trailer male voice is the voice of Kevin so it is confirmed now.

it's a bit hard to tell at first glance, but here's all the rng in Aventurine's kit (as far as I know from playing with him) his technique has a "win" and "loss" state, if you win everyone gets like 40% defense for 3 turns, if you lose it's 30%, and if you roll 3 Clubs in a row and hit the jackpot state you get 60%. His ult also has a random chance if giving him anywhere in between 1 to 7 stacks of his follow-up attack. His skill (I'm not 100% sure about this one) has a chance of giving an ally any card, if the ally gets a club card they give Aventurine 2 stacks of his follow-up instead of 1. Aventurine will always get the club card. I absolutely love the fact his kit gambles not just his damage but your entire team's survivabilty, going perfectly with his personality.

One main main thing to point out in welt and acheron's interaction. Their pasts are a copy of each other with the same people involved. What differs them is that Acheron ended their world while welt and his student(bronya) helped in saving theirs. Welt is the first herrscher(reason) While Acheron was the 3rd sentinel. Both of them know each other's alternate versions in their own universrs
