May I ask as its around 500m next to cemetry and Tiong Hua Funeral Parlor, can the place still rent out good rate? Beside propertyguru, iproperty listed 2rooms as rm1700 for Veranda residence which is further away?

Very informative video. How much is the monthly maintenance fee? From the smallest unit one bedroom to average 2 bedroom unit.
