Hey AD, Bit late watching the video today, but struggling to sleep tonight. What can I say about todays video, but it was truly a nice little gem. I have been subscribed and watching your videos for some time now. I particularly enjoy the fresh, non nonsense, insight into foldable phones most of which you can't buy from high street shops in the UK. I also like that you are not biased or a fanboy focussed on singing the praises of the big global brands, and long may that continue! I would also like to add that its great to see someone take a risk to follow their passion in life, and what a risk you have taken! Leaving a secure, well paid job, with a family to support so you can give your channel and business 100% focus and effort. On top of that, with all the videos I have watched, I was clueless that you had a serious health condition. So leaving the security of your full time job was either mad or extremely brave. I think that takes a lot of courage and I take my hat off to you. In comparison to the huge tech channels out there you may be a small fish, but I am confident with your focus and attitude both the business and the channel will continue to grow. And who knows, but maybe your story will inspire many other Average Dad's to follow their passion. Keep up the great work!

I enjoyed getting to know you more mike. Part of the original vivo x fold army and been a subscriber for quite a while and you're the reason I bought my vivo x fold 2 and still use it. I'll likely be buying the X Fold 4 too unless the Samsung fold 7 is like the se. Time will tell.

Great video and I have so much respect how you followed your heart and decided to fully concentrate on your channel and new born shop. Keep the way you are, being yourself and all will be good. Btw, since 2014 I have only been using vivo and I still have the magnificent vivo Xshot with that beautiful beautiful dark blue textured back panel in contrast with those metal bezels. I never had a phone that felt so beautifully made. I also still have the innovative Nex S and now the X80 pro as a daily phone. They are all great reliable phones with magnificent camera’s. And yes, now I’m very much attracted with that X200 pro mini !

Great video. It's very nice of you to do something different and get to know about you more outside of tech and i hope your able to get your eyesight back properly very soon. I love my watches. I currently wear a smart watch (keep an eye on notifications when not able to check my phone) on my left arm and a Red Arrow Citizens watch on my right arm. I have been thinking about getting a Big Daddy watch, but due to its large size, I don't know how it will look on me. I lost my licence 18 years ago as I got diagnosed with epilepsy. At that time, I stayed on a farm 5 miles from the nearest village, so I was housebound, but I'm fine now where I stay where I can get free bus travel all over Scotland for free.

Dear dad I as an average french dad ( less exotic than Zimbabwe) was very happy to know more about the human being sitting in front of his youtube camera. Be restassured :for me you are not just an image on a electronic device, one can feel you are a loving famiily father because I have noticed that your beautiful sons appear more often than not on your tests. I was happy to see your wife for the first time to complete my "discovering you". I was also very surprised to learn that you were a scottish parliament civil servant, you more look like a young manager . Actually that is what you have become now. Once again I tell you a 2nd time that I admire your courage quitting such a comfortable professional situation. I would also like to say that your incredible scottish accent reminds me that II myself also speak like you if you compare my accent to the official french one. That because I live near the swiss german border and because my region has been invaded by the germans during and between 3 wars. That is the reason why we are french republicans but we also have a german culture with a "rough" "rocky" accent. I was also feeling sorry for your sight problems and once again I admire your courage. If your feel like developing a channel for luxus watches please do and my son sharing that passion with you will certainly join the channel. Just a small last precision: some months ago you were mentioning that anyone writing a comment to one of your videos (what I did) would have a chance to win a foldable at the end of the year. What’s your opinion on HarmonyOS 5.0 (HMOS Next)? It likely won’t be released globally anytime soon, as most global apps aren’t supported yet, including MicroG and other GMS workarounds (at least in the current public beta). It’s possible that a similar UI running android will power global versions (maybe EMUI 15.0).
