Sallycilic acid face wash (0,5-2%). Wash your face twice a day, first thing in the morning and after you shower. Get a moisturizer with Alfa-hydroxi acids, use it in the mornings after the wash. At night, get retinol. Try it for some weeks, if its not enough, go to a dermatologist and get a retinoid like tretinoin or adapalene. Thats skincare wise, reduce stress, get good sleep, avoid oily foods and sugar and finally, exercise.

Kind of late but you could use finasteride, it blocks DHT which triggers miniaturization on your hair folicles and makes you go bald, try finasteride for a couple of months until it stabilizes or goes backwards and keep using it. If that doesn't work try dutasteride it does the same thing but is stronger so just make sure you research possible side effects.
