For the calves: try extending as far as you can into your calf workouts. Being at the bottom of a stretch under weight builds muscle. When the bar touches your chest in a bench press, when you allow your muscles to slacken at the bottom of a pull up, when you let your arm fully extend during a curl. Same is true for calves.
@isomilo

The way Dr. K described giving up on love is basically that when you're actively seeking for someone, you might be seen as desperate and unnatural to other people, making it harder for you to find a potential partner. If you stop thinking about finding a partner, you're being seen as more of yourself, making it easier in the long run to find someone that fits to you

A tip for bigger calves as a man who started with absolutely tiny calves is to train them every morning or night. Just 100+ reps of donkey calf raises with my girlfriend on my back helped tremendously. Git them from 15 to qlmost 18 which is the biggest they've ever been. That was all natty too. Took slightly less than a year, I genuinely wish I had documented it.

Finally said enough to home treatments, the cleanser, toner, moisturizer, etc. A dermatologist prescribed me a retinoid. Im telling yall, im 19 now and have clearer skin than when I was 16. No pimple at all. Point is- Get a retinoid!! Im on tazarotene but theyll give you tretinoin or accutane.

And it deadass took like 2 months to go from broken skin and pimples to clear but I started seeing changes much quicker than that. And mentally just knowing you’re about to have clear skin is a bless and that starts from day one. If you cant go to a dermatologist you can get Adapalene, which is a retinoid you Dont need prescription for. But I never used it so do some digging on it.

Hey, I took Proscar (finesteride) in minimal doses and all my hair grew back, quickly covering my large bald spots completely. If you are a candidate for it, give it a go, but there can be bad side effects (get a report on prostate first, discuss with doctor and make sure you know about possibe side effects). I had no side effects at all or since. To play it safe though I only took it for 9 months but had the most amazing luxurious hair during that time, and when I stopped the pills, the new growth all fell out. I was 52 at the time. I just cut it really short now or shave it and wear lots of hats and caps which look really cool on me (an advantage most people don't have). I grow a very short neat beard and dye it from white to dark brown which alone takes 20 years off my age... there are tricks! People think I am in my mid forties but I am nearly 70! I am lean, never been to a gym and weigh the same as when I was 20 at 6 ft 1 inch and 84 kilos because I watch what I eat.

To everyone in the comments asking for skincare routine or advice: I don't know his skincare routine personally, but as someone who has done an absolute UNGODLY amount of deep dicing research on determatology and antiaging ect, here's what i learned 1. By far the most important thing you can do above all else, sunscreen sunscreen sunscreen. Needs to be reapplied every 2 hours. Yes you read that right every Two hours. Even when its cloudy and raining. Must be broad spectrum, photostable. Wear sunglasses and protective clothing, and stay out of the sun during peak hours. (Usually 10am-4pm) sun damage accounts for 90% of all visible signs of aging. Treatment I'd far more difficult than prevention. 2. The most powerful antiaging ingredient you can even put on your skin is trentinoin, also known as Retin-A. No it's not just for old people, it will get rid of acne, boost collagen production in deeper layers of the skin by 80% diminish fine lines and wrinkles and improve the appearance of acne scars. It increases cell turn over Rate, and with continued use will give the skin a very noticeable healthy glow and radiance. It will require a prescription in most countries, however in the US and Canada you can order it through delivery services. It can be expensive, so as an alternative you can use retinaldahyde instead, which is available over the counter, as is far more potent than regular retinol,ess irritating and less drying to the skin. Keep in mind retioids may come with side effects in the beginning as your skin adjusts but the pros far outweigh the temporary cons. 3. If your over the age of 20 your body has started a process called glycation. Eating a diet high in sugar and carbohydrates will accelerate the aging process through the accumulation of AGEs. (Advanced glycation end products) these nasties attaych themselves to collagen and elastin in the skin, through a process called cross linking, making collagen hard and brittle, preventing it from replicating properly. This over time causes sagging skin, and wrinkles. To avoid this, cut sugar out of your diet (yes you can do it) and stick to wet methods of cooking such as steaming, boiling ect. Deep frying, baking and broiling produce AGEs through the mallard reaction (browing of foods) intermitten fasting, and exercise help eliminate AGEs. AGEs also contribute to inflammatory diseases and diseases related to aging such as but not limited to, diabetes, arthritis and several others. Take care of your yourself and watch your diet. What you put in your body shows on your skin. If you made this far through my scientific ramble, congratulations! And wear your damn sunscreen.

what you said about how your progress increased when you got a gf is definitely true. People call it the girlfriend effect lol. its super weird. it happened to me too. My ex-girlfriend was really into skincare, and she taught me everything she knows. and she also helped me find a style, and a haircut that liked. Combining that with reaching my weight goal after years of obesity, and I glew up an insane amount. I think staying away from love to focus on yourself is only really a good move if you know that you aren't emotionally ready, or mature enough for a relationship. It's definitely selfish to get into a relationship just because you want to. knowing you aren't ready, and will hurt your partner. But with working out, and skincare? if anything, a good relationship should only help you with that.

Thank you. You have easily become my favourite health/appearance youtuber. You look great tbh and from what i have seen (i am not sure) your jawline for example from the beginning wasn't anything special. But now you look like you can split the earths core with that one. And me myself i have a "meh"/ ok jawline. Nothing special at all. I have some bf on my jaw and chin. But underneath i have a quite good bone structure. And the rest of my body like hair, skin and face i look alot like you used to. That is why i really like you because i can relate and compare to your look. So hopefully after some time and a plan i could look even better than i do now. And after that i wish to have my go at acting and maybe even modeling because i really like people like Brad Pitt, Leonardo Dicaprio, Johnny Depp and even You aswell. I mean we are all human so nothing is impossible. And i really just want to thank you for the tips and the inspiration and generally just for you existing. So thank you for that and i hope you and your fabulous jawline can inspire even more people in the future. 😁 (Btw sorry if there were some clunky English in the comment. Actually, a certain level of physic needs a level of constant workout, if you do 1 push-up everyday you're not gonna have gigachad's pecs If you do 100 a day either, (maybe) All I want to say is that if you want to perpetually level up you'll have to perpetually push your limits further Litteraly. That's the reason why some people, after few years training don't level up anymore, barely because they reached the level corresponding to they workout routine

i think the short answer is have plenty of money. For those who cant afford anything (Gym membership, Nice cloths, Skin care or even haircuts) Just do what i do. Bodyweight exercise Where whatever you got Wash face, and stay hydrated And for hair either learn to cut it or buzz it. Mewing Diet isnt such a serious topic especially if your bulking like me, so just eat enough.

@@InfoIsHere one leg only and I started to grow fast. As soon as I finish one set I do the other leg, then the other one again for the second set till im finished, I try not to rest. I repeat, I use my bodyweight only, for now. It's easy and fast to do if you just dont rest, watching a video and shit, try it for a week to see what happens to your body, how it adapts to it.

What makes me sick is that girls don't need to do ANYTHING of that. They just need to be girls, and the whole world will simply kneel to them. What an easy life it must be when it comes to relationship/attractiveness.

bro... there's no way you typed this. I understand your frustrations since i also feel the grind of needing to put years of effort into your body to make gains and look your best, but most girls put in WAY more effort into their looks than guys. The reason their standards are so high to us is because they put in all that effort and it's normal for them so they expect guys to do the same but most guys don't. Most guys aren't using 20 different skin care products, getting their hair done at a salon, picking their eyebrows, doing eyelashes, using make up, etc. now they don't have to build muscle like we do to be considered conventionally attractive but there's tons of other things they have to do. Like they focus on it so much that for many girls, it becomes their main obsession, think about that. They do a lot.

For a lot of guys looksmaxxing is simply a matter of changing their hairstyle and or undergoing some for of advanced and on going skin treatment. In my case I require drastic surgical intervention in order to lift myself out of the sub5 category. I'll tell you that being in the sub5 category is very harsh.. I get attacked and ridiculed on a daily basis by men and women alike simply for looking the way that I do. If you are a Normy or above count your lucky stars because your life is infinitely better than us sub5ers

Hey, it makes me sad to see other young guys that think this way. I’m not a good looking guy myself, but that doesn’t have to be the end of the world if you take care of other things in your life. Take care of the big, most important things. Go to the gym consistently, work hard on your career/studies. Eat good food, sleep 8 hours and don’t go to bed so late. Try getting involved in social things - team sports, running clubs, martial arts etc. Sometimes we want to hear that we’re doomed and hopeless. It’s not true though. If you take care of those 3 important areas: career, fitness, social stuff, I guarantee you won’t feel this way anymore. And if you can manage it, try being a bit kind to yourself as well. Most men weren’t born handsome and rich, we have to work for it. Allow yourself some time to work on it. Good luck!

@@calum8399 the blackpill is a very hard truth to accept but it is necessary. In my opinion it is true that focusing on maximizing financial situation and status can help, but ultimately improvements in these areas only really improve your life in so far that they open up opportunities to improve your looks. Like earning plenty of money will allow you to afford better skin treatment or even plastic surgery.
