archery was considered in a poll as the second easiest sport to win an olympic medal in. As an archer shooting 70m all summer long and having watched the Koreans do their thing for years. No, Just no!

I shoot 3 times a week, and spend an hour with a coach every week to help... Been keeping that up for about the last year. I'm barely ready to start competing locally. People are crazy thinking that it's easy.

It isn't just a few more gadgets. Sight and clicker are massive. There are three things to do at full draw: Aim, expand, and release. Trying to do all three at once is a disaster. You need to do only one. The clicker triggers the release; the sight not only ads precision, but it allows sighting to be automatic visual centering, and all you then have to do is expand until the clicker goes off. It is still difficult, but with those aids it isn't impossible.
