Love all 4 videos! Saw you and Josh making booth rounds Saturday afternoon but didn't want to bother after the long day of shooting lol. My buddy and I shot Saturday and Sunday, idk if we did it right by any means, but we did outside in scoring, body 5, core 8, 1st ring 10, center ring 12. Some like that mini squatch didn't have all that so we went body 5, 1st ring 8 then smaller rings 10. Unless you called one of the small rings and hit, then 12. Other targets with more rings, counted into 14 as center. We shot with 1 mulligan each per coarse as well... and no pulling the line crap lmao had to cut the line! What a great freaking time. First TAC and we will certainly be back. Cheers y'all!

Great video. A little curious about how you are feeling with ths Bear after this shoot and what you'd change up now that you have more time behind it in not exactly ideal situations and conditions. Really only asking because throughout all 4 of the videos you guys put out, the other 3 appear to be holding stable and yours consistently looks like it has a lot of a left-right wobble going on. Know it was windy so not sure if it was the wind or fighting the bubble, but comparatively, your setup seemed to be much less stable.

Brandon and MFJJ definitely had their game face on. I would have bet money on MFJJ to drain that last shot. So on the small ape, there is no 8 ring, so anything outside the 10, is in fact a 5. You just can't form your own imaginary line and keep the integrity of competition fair. Excellent video production!

ok the weird ape thing!! I'd have gone with the verdict ie 2 scoring rings... meaning "more to lose" unfortunately however it did have a high remote "12 ring" by the looks, either way no secondary ring etc so a 5 is a five.. the soon after "12score" this is one of my pet peeves ie, slightly tickling the line gets a high score(recurve its the outer score ring that gets the score) this 12 was maybe so tickling the rim of the 12 it should've been a 10 (me I'd say 1 per side shoots a single arrow that gives that rounds score no matter what) I'd still go with the doesn't clearly cut through the scoring ring line its the lower outer ring that gets the grade.. anyway, good shoot, enjoyable to watch

@BBDragon667 ай бұрын
I'm with the 5 for the "weird ape" Bigfoot target as there is no outer 8 ring. That is why the outer high right small ring would be extra but suck if you missed. You might also only score the small center ring a 12 other 2 small rings 10s and the outer ring only an 8 by how you all were scoring the targets. This is definitely a case for examining a target first and agree on scoring before shooting. I would think this type of target would normally be closer so you could see and call the high right ring and only get the extra ring points then. I've seen scoring where a target like that would be 5,8,10,11 & 14(called). Center ring being 11, 2 small rings off center 10's just inside large ring 8 (or "pulling" the line outside LOL), outside of 8 ring on target body 5 and a chance at 14 by calling the high right ring in the 5 zone. I have not shot 3D for many years and need to get back to it. I am living vicariously through you guys right now! 😉😉
