mark poida has absolutely no time to move or jump around, since he needs to completely concentrate on breathing control to perform songs like erebus. and honestly, most people i know prefer well performed songs over a good show. the only band i know, which performs they songs perfectly AND has a great show is carnifex. thats it. but their songs arent that hard to scream for scott lewis and the rest of the band knows their songs perfectly and doesnt have to think about it

All Hail The Core plus Carnifex are in no near as fast.. Carnifex songs are in the 220bpm range (standard for death metal) but Erebus is 270bpm, this is in Nile, Dark Funeral, aborted speeds
