YESS!! he did, but I must admit I have seen artists signal the sound people to cut off their backgrounds mics, read the background singers for sounding as horrible, to ushering them away from the mics to go sit in the audience. He showed a lot of constraints. I would have been a savage and employed all three of these options, given the fact that not only were they not singing in any recognizable key, but they were also so unprofessional, giggling and talking the entire time.

I've been singing background for years and I know they could tell their levels were off, and could've course corrected before the 2nd chorus at least!
