I have been wondering where to put my park maintenence building and this is a very good way to use some of the assets in the game that doesn't quite go with their surroundings sometimes. Great video, thank you!

Been following your modular builds snd used many for inspiration in my cities. I'm limited to console so its very helpful that you stick to vanilla assets. Just a quick note the "cargo yard" industrial doesnt appesr on European theme maps unless you set a District theme to American in my experience. Be great to see a international airport modular build at some point! Keep up the great work buddy

Been a while since I have done an airport. As with all your builds, can't wait to incorporate it into my own city. Guess you can do this kinda build with a regular airport as well.

A flight school and a repair shop are good to have. I would put a fancy restaurant across from the runway. An aircraft manufacturer is also a possibility. Wish you had added a taxiway. Without one, widening the ends of the runway gives the larger planes room to turn around so the can back taxi. I’ve also been to three airports with national guard bases. Which is another option for the other side of the runway. Great build.

Hi Mr Egg I Noticed that my vanilla assets are different to yours. I have 2 different fire stations, fire houses, medical centres, hospitals, police stations, and also have a tennis court as well as the basket ball court not sure if it's because I got the game as an alpha or my region

I think that if you zone it first not necessary, just don't forget to make it historical. If it doesn't work you should install Plop the Growables

PLEASE HELP ! I am new to this game and thoroughly enjoy your channel. But please help me - I have started a Forestry Area and have the trees the main house but when trying to put down new assets the lights radiating from the existing buildings make it hard to see. Is there perhaps a mod that can switch this off? thanks from NZ
