they normally do that after the MRT, but with the change from legacy hornets to super hornets i think it allows them to be more aggressive in the exit

@@AviationFreak1 you're not wrong. I recall reading about that, it was a photo shoot. I've watched them many times in the past 20 years and have never seen an additional aircraft during the sneak. It clearly wasn't in formation, either. Great catch to see a dual sneak in the wild!
